Saturday mornings are the best and my favorite thing ever is breakfast food! We go out every Saturday morning and visit one of our local restaurants that offer eggs, pancakes, and coffee. North End Cafe is a breakfast staple in Louisville. Ben's personal favorite is a stack of the cheddar bacon pancakes with a side of coffee...lots and lots of coffee. I'm a sucker for their cheese grits, I guess that's the southern girl in me--they remind me of the grits my Grandmother Magee would make me when I would visit her in Mississippi. Their french toast and breakfast burritos are awesome too and of course coffee is a must.
